Family-Owned and Operated

At Tinnin Hunt Club, we’re a family-owned and operated business where everyone pitches in to ensure our customers have the best experience possible. We take pride in our teamwork and dedication to making your time with us unforgettable.

Tom Tinnin

The Herd Bull

Meet Tom Tinnin, the 'John Dutton' of Tinnin Hunt Club! Starting as a farm in 1960, Tom transformed the ranch into a premier hunting destination. Tom's vision of developing a 'Disneyland for hunters' is shared by the whole family.

Robbie Tinnin

The Swiss Army Knife

Our Swiss Army knife at Tinnin Hunt Club! As the club’s manager and the ultimate guide for all creatures on land and air, Robbie wears many hats. From welding and tackling new projects to raising upland game birds, he does it all with passion and expertise. Get ready for an adventure with Robbie leading the way!

Megan Tinnin Austin

The Chaos Coordinator

Known by many as the “Chaos Coordinator”!  She’s the voice behind the phone and the person behind the emails, expertly scheduling events, hunts, and more. And if you see a bunch of kids running around, you’ve found Megan!

Courtney Tinnin

The Check-in Connoisseur

Courtney is the friendly face you’ll see at our events, always ready to check people in with a smile. Wherever she’s needed, you can always count on her to handle anything thrown her way. Dependable and dedicated, Courtney is an essential part of our team!

Shane Austin

The Beach Cowboy

Originally from the coast, he traded the beach & a football for the ranch life after marrying into the family. Though he was “voluntold” into the operation, Shane has embraced the hard work, hunting, farming, and shooting while bringing his digital expertise to the business. Balancing tech with tradition, he’s passionate about blending the best of both worlds.

Allen Giles

The Information Maven

Lawyer by trade, guide by choice, Allen is a walking encyclopedia who knows a little bit about everything. When he’s not upholding the law or leading hunts, he’s busy tending to his buzzing beekeeping hobby, producing delicious honey right here on the property.

Mike Chavez

The Fowl Double Agent

Mike has been part of the Tinnin Hunt Club family since the 90s, assisting with sporting clay shoots and even babysitting the Tinnin kids during events. By day, he manages the Bernardo Refuge, protecting waterfowl and wildlife for bird watchers, and by night (or whenever he’s free), he guides hunts right next door at Tinnin Hunt Club.

Gage Cheek

The Wingman

Our on-site ranch hand, Gage, is always around to ensure customers are well taken care of. Over time, he’s also become quite the bird guy. And if you catch him swimming in the ditch in his spare time, don’t be alarmed—it’s just Gage enjoying a break!

Justin Thomas

The Stache Wrangler

By day, Justin is a full-time firefighter, but in his spare time, he’s a dedicated ranch hand at Tinnin Hunt Club. Not to be confused with the professional golfer, our JT is a great team member who always gets the job done. He brings his hardworking spirit to everything he does.
